BioShock 2 Special Edition soon in the market

There has been special announcement made by 2K Games about BioShock 2. They are talking about bringing to market a BioShock 2 Special Edition. This will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, and also for the Game for Windows Live.

This Special Edition of BioShock2 will not be produced much. It will be available only in limited quantities. In fact it will be limited to a single production run only.

This BioShock2 Special Edition will contain an audio CD containing the BioShock 2 orchestral score and along with it there will be a 180 gram vinyl LP. There will also be three vintage Rapture advertisement posters that are rolled up and a hardcover BioShock 2 Art Book of 164 page.

BioShock 2 is set about 10 years after the events in the first game and thrusts players into the action, this time as a Big Daddy. The multiplayer in the game provides “a rich prequel experience” and sees players in the role of a Plasmid test subject.

The BioShock 2 Special Edition will be available on February 9, 2010 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, and will carry a suggested retail price of 99.99 USD (approx. Rs. 4,660) for the Xbox 360 and PS3, and that of 89.99 USD (approx. Rs. 4,195) for Games for Windows Live.
