Next year more DLC being planned by 2K
Next year we may see some more DLC for Bioshock 2. 2K admitted recently that they have plans of releasing more DLC over the next year.
Strauss Zelnich, the boss of the company, while speaking in Q2 earnings of Take Two, said that Bioshock is “one of the most important franchises in the industry.”
Zelnick said, “2K Marin is working on X-Com… As relates to Bioshock, we think Bioshock is still one for the most important franchises in the industry. We do intend to support it. It doesn’t necessarily have to be 2K Marin, but we do have to support the franchise.”
He also added further, “First and foremost we’re focussed on downloadable content – we intend to continue to support Bioshock 2 with further downloadable content. We think the franchise has a long life indeed.”
We will update you as soon as more news of upcoming DLC comes.
