BioShock 2 DLC packs prices slashed on Xbox 360

BioShock 2 got 3 DLC packs on Xbox 360 and 2 Avatar items. So, players to enjoy more because prices have been slashed in Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week.

There has been 6 new multiplayer maps addition in the Rapture Metro. Also there is an addition of new melee mode. Usualy it is 800 MS Points, but for this week it is just half, 400 MS Points ($5).

The popular Sinclair Solutions Tester Pack raised the level cap to 50 instead of adding any new maps. It just added weapon upgrades and also brought twenty new trials. It has 2 new playable characters and also 5 new in-game masks. The DLC got 33 percent discount. It has come down to 240 MS Points from 400 MS Points.

The Protector Trials is available at 240 MS Points ($3) instead of 400 MS Points. This is a single-player only DLC and in this the player defend the Little Sisters against the swarms of enemies. It has 6 new maps and all of it is based on locations of the game. There are also 3 difficult levels in it and 7 new Achievements to unlocks.

More to this, the Avatar’s wardrobe of Big Sister Outfit and the Watchface Big Daddy Doll are also on sale. The cost 240 MS Points and 160 MS Points respectively.

New DLC Protector Trials releasing on August 3

Coming August 3 and you will enjoy the new single-player game mode for the BioShock 2. The publisher 2K is releasing the mode next week on 3rd of August.

The new DLC of BioShock 2 is named as Protector Trials and it is learned through press release by the company that it will cost $4.99 on all the three platforms – PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

In this new DLC the players can roam the underwater world of Rapture as a Big Daddy and they must try the protection of a Little Sister from hordes of enemy Splicers.

There will be six maps in the new DLC from the where the players can choose and in those six, three are really difficult levels and fresh achievements/ trophies.

The new DLC of BioShock 2 will also be featuring some new unlockable items like concept art and videos.

According to 2K, there will be more single-player content and these will be focused on the game’s narrative.

BioShock 2 Indian price revealed

We have already got confirmation about the release date of BioShock 2 in India. All the fans of Bioshock in India are excited. The prices still remained vague. Earlier there were reports that all the fans of the game can pre-purchase it through Steam and along with each purchase they will get a copy of the original free.

Now, the current news comes about the price of Bioshock 2 in India. The Xbox 360 and the PlayStation3 version of BioShock2 will come at a price tag of Rs. 2,499 in India.

However, the Windows Live version of BioShock is a bit cheaper than the other two versions. The Live version is coming at a price tag of Rs. 699 only

Bioshock2 releasing on Feb 9, 2010

February 2010 will be a big day for all the fans of BioShock. 2K Games announced the release date of hotly anticipated BioShock 2 title to public. It will hit the shelves next year in February.

Currently Bioshock 2 is under development for PS3, Xbox 360 and also Games for Windows Live.

Bioshock 2 is set about ten years after the events of the first BioShock. Once again all the fans of Bioshock will witness the halls of Rapture with sins of the past.

In the game a monster can be seen snatching little girls and also bringing them to undersea city of Rapture along the Atlantic coastline.

Bioshock 2 will offer a rich multiplayer experience to gamers. It claims to go beyond the origins of the BioShock fiction.

The title may be available globally from February 9, 2010. Presently it is available for pre-order.
